MIDNIGHT SURCHARGE

A midnight surcharge applies from 2259 to 0700hrs at

$15 per arrival/departure/city transfer or

$15 per hour for disposal booking.

 

WAITING TIME

  1. For Arrival Transfer:

a surcharge of $15.00 per block of 15 minutes for waiting time beyond the initial grace period of 60 minutes shall apply.

  1. For City/Departure Transfer:

a surcharge of $15.00 per block of 15 minutes for waiting time beyond the initial grace period of 15 minutes shall apply.

 

CROSS BORDER TRANSFER

The rates above are for transfers within Singapore. For transfer out of Singapore, don't hesitate to get in touch with us for rates.

 

HOURLY DISPOSAL

This is a service where guests will have a vehicle with a driver at their disposal during the reserved hours. For hourly disposal, any time in excess of 15 minutes is to be rounded up to 1/2 hour.

 

EXTRA STOP

Applicable for Airport Arrival, Departure, and One-way transfers, charged at S$15 per additional stop within a 5km radius. An additional one-way transfer shall apply beyond the 5km radius range.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No charge shall be imposed for any cancellation made more than 8 hours prior to the requested pick-up time

2. Full charge applies for cancellations made less than 8 hours before the requested pick-up time.

3. Any amendment made of pick-up time, type of service, and/or vehicle less than 4 hours before the requested pick-up time is subject to driver and vehicle availability.

 

NON-ARRIVALS (No Show)

The chauffeur will wait for the guest for up to a maximum of an

  1. initial 60 minutes after the actual flight landing time. (airport arrival transfer)

  2. Initial 15 minutes after booking time (airport departure transfer)

In the event of non-arrival on the reservation date and time, the full charges will apply.

 

SENTOSA ENTRY

Entrance fee to Sentosa for vehicle and/or passenger(s), if any, will be borne by the passenger.

SPECIAL MAJOR EVENTS (BLACK-OUT RATES)

During special events and major public holidays (Airshow, F1, Zouk Out, CNY, etc) a surcharge of a range of S$30.00 to S$40.00 for each service applies. In such cases, the customer shall be informed 2 weeks in advance.
